Area Information
Ocala is the county seat for Marion County, which is conveniently located in North Central Florida. Marion County is one of the fastest growing locales in Florida and as a result many jobs are being created for all ages.
In this area we experience only three seasons, Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Ocala is considered the horse capital of the world with numerous horse ranches, farms, as well as breeding and training facilities. We offer acreage for sale if you wish to develop your own “ranch”.
Marion County and Ocala have a lot to offer for all ages. There is plenty to do with several lakes and spring fed rivers for boating, fishing, diving, water skiing, and other water sports. Within 1 1/2 hours you can be at the Gulf of Mexico for a day of fun, Daytona Beach, Disney World in Orlando, Clearwater Beach, and numerous other resort areas.
There are retirement communities with many that are for adults 55+. Nearly all of these communities have golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other amenities.
